The Health Educator creates and provides community programs and education to enhance and promote overall healthy lifestyles.

Program and Services:

• Community and School based Green House Project
• Senior Wellness Series
• POL community Pedal Program
• POL Community Education, Awareness & Prevention on Tobacco, Vaping & Opioids
• Health Screenings
• Individual and/or group Health education, awareness & prevention sessions
• Health meal preps and/or cooking demonstrations, structed around, “My Native Plate”
• Individual and/or group physical wellness sessions
• Health education tailored to an individual specific health condition(s)
