The Teen Parent Program offers pregnant and parenting teens the support needed to graduate from high school, support them in continuing their education beyond high school, provides preparation for the world of work, and teaches the skills to become nurturing parents, active citizens, and responsible members of their community.
Services include: case management; young fathers program; home visitor support; headstart nursery enrollment assistance; prenatal and parenting education.
