Home Retrofit Program

Individuals who are 60+ years old and live in Bernalillo County may receive a variety of home chore, minor home repair, weatherization, and home retrofit services. Grab bar, walker-steps, wheelchair ramp design and build-out and other safety equipment installations by non-licensed staff are examples of the services offered. Applicants for home repair and home chores must own and occupy the residence, be age 60+, and live within Bernalillo County.
